Ordering Options

Online Orders: You may place an order online by credit card using our secure checkout. If you need help during the checkout process, please call us toll free at 1-888-440-5170 or email us to speak with one of our representatives during our business hours.

Phone Orders: To order by phone, please call us TOLL-FREE at 1-888-440-5170.

Mail Orders: If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call to place your order. Mail check to: Powermate | 800 Hinesburg Road | South Burlington, VT 05403. Note that your order will not ship until your payment is received.

Puerto Rican Orders: Additional shipping charges will be applied to shipments bound for Puerto Rico. Once you place your order online, we will contact you with a shipping quote. You may contact us by email or telephone at 1-888-440-5170.

Credit Card Payments

Please Note: Credit card payments will appear on your statement charged to Generac Power Systems. (Powermate is a subsidiary of Generac Power Systems, Inc.).

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer special financing for qualifying customers. More information can be found on the financing section of our website here.

Checking Order Status

Online: After you place an online order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation number and order total. If you have created an account on our website, you may sign in and check your order status under the "Order History" link.

By Phone: Call us TOLL-FREE at 1-888-440-5170 (U.S. and Canada) to check the status of your order. Please have your order confirmation number ready when you call.
