Your PowerStation system is permanently installed outside your home. It is wired into your electrical distribution system and connected to your home's fuel supply (natural gas or liquid propane.) The system automatically starts and stops when needed by continuously monitoring your utility electrical power.

A transfer switch safely transfers power supplied to your home from the utility to your PowerStation system with no effort on your part.
